Welcome To HutanoHub
Who we are
Bringing Healthcare Closer to Communities
HutanoHub is a nurse-led community healthcare initiative focused on delivering essential medical services directly to households across Zimbabwe. We exist to bridge the gap between underserved communities and consistent, quality primary care.
Our approach is simple: instead of patients struggling to reach healthcare, we bring healthcare to them. Through a network of trained nurses, we provide preventive screenings, basic treatment, maternal care, and health education at the household level.
- Community-first healthcare delivery
- Preventive and continuous care
- Affordable and accessible for all
The Challenge
Why communities need a different approach
Overburdened Clinics
Public health facilities serve populations far beyond their capacity, leaving communities without consistent access to primary care.
Distance and Cost Barriers
Many households travel over 10 kilometres to reach the nearest functional clinic. Transport costs alone put routine care out of reach.
Undetected Conditions
Hypertension, diabetes, and maternal health complications go undiagnosed until they become emergencies, driving preventable suffering.
